Offerta pubblica
Costo del noleggio a consumo: €1.25 ogni 30 minuti oppure €2.50 all'ora.
- fornire power bank funzionanti e carichi a un livello sufficiente;
- garantire il funzionamento delle Stazioni 24 ore su 24;
- utilizzare il power bank per lo scopo previsto;
- restituire il power bank entro il periodo di noleggio;
I noleggi successivi vengono bloccati fino all'estinzione del debito.

TelefonoE-mailThis document is a public offer (hereinafter the “Offer”) addressed to any individual or legal entity and sets out the terms on which power banks are provided for rent.
1.General provisions
The Service Provider publishes this Offer on the website. Acceptance of the Offer is performed by scanning the QR code at a rental station and paying by bank card. Full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer is deemed to constitute conclusion of a rental agreement on the terms set out below.
By accepting this Offer, the User confirms that they have read and agree to all of its terms, including the tariffs, the auto-renewal rules and the penalty for non-return.
2.Terms and definitions
- Service Provider — the sole proprietor specified in section 10 of this Offer.
- User — an individual who has accepted this Offer and rented a power bank.
- Power bank — a portable battery device installed in a rental station slot.
- Station — an automated device that dispenses and accepts power banks.
- Rental period — the paid time during which the power bank remains with the User.
3.Subject of the agreement
The Service Provider grants the User temporary paid use of a power bank and the User undertakes to return it within the established period and to pay for its use in accordance with the tariffs.
4.Rental procedure and conditions
To start a rental the User scans the QR code on the Station, selects a tariff and pays by bank card. After successful payment the Station automatically dispenses a power bank.
Rental begins at the moment the power bank is dispensed. The power bank may be returned to any Station located within the national territory specified in section 1.
The power bank must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, subject to normal wear.
5.Cost of services and payment procedure
Pay-as-you-go rental cost: €1.25 per 30 minutes or €2.50 per hour. The tariff is selected by the User before payment.
A daily cap of €40.00 applies: once this threshold is reached, the User pays no further amounts for that rental day.
Alternatively the User may buy a VIP package of prepaid hours: €45.00 for 30 hours (about €1.50 per hour), €100.00 for 100 hours (about €1.00 per hour) or €150.00 for 200 hours (about €0.75 per hour, the lowest rate).
While a VIP package is active, each rental deducts the minutes used from the remaining hour balance instead of charging the card, until the package runs out. Once the balance is exhausted, subsequent rentals revert to the pay-as-you-go tariff.
At the start of every rental a security deposit of €20.00 is placed on the card as a pre-authorisation covering the value of the device. The deposit is not a payment: it is released when the power bank is returned, less the actual cost of the rental.
Payment is made by bank card through a certified payment provider using 3-D Secure technology. Card details are not transmitted to or stored on this website.
The rental auto-renews at the hourly rate while the power bank remains with the User, within the daily cap stated above. Auto-renewal stops once the power bank is accepted by a Station.
6.Rights and obligations of the parties
The Service Provider undertakes to:
- provide power banks in working condition and charged to a sufficient level;
- ensure the Stations operate around the clock;
- provide support and respond to requests within a reasonable time.
- The User undertakes to:
- use the power bank for its intended purpose;
- return the power bank within the rental period;
- refrain from disassembling, modifying or damaging the device.
7.Liability of the parties, deposit withholding and penalties
If the power bank is damaged or destroyed, the User compensates the Service Provider for its replacement cost.
If the power bank is not returned within 72 hours, the User is deemed to intend to keep it: the €20.00 security deposit is captured and the difference up to a total penalty of €50 is charged. Further rentals are blocked until the debt is settled.
Charges are made by automatic debiting from the bank card linked at the start of the rental.
8.Dispute resolution
Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, they are referred to the court at the Service Provider's place of registration. Complaints are accepted via the contact details in section 10.
9.Personal data and confidentiality
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website and with the laws of the Republic of Italy.
