Return only within Italy
The power bank can only be returned at stations located within Italy. Return outside the country is not possible.
Non-return penalty
If the power bank is not returned within 72 hours, the deposit is captured and a total penalty of €50 is charged. Further rentals are blocked.
Security deposit
When a rental starts we place a €20.00 hold on your card. It is a pre-authorisation, not a charge: it is released on return, less the actual cost of the rental.

Frequently asked questions
€1.25 per 30 minuti oppure €2.50 all’ora, con un massimale di €40.00 al giorno. In alternativa ci sono i pacchetti VIP: 30 ore a €45.00, 100 ore a €100.00 e 200 ore a €150.00.
Sì. All’avvio del noleggio blocchiamo €20.00 sulla carta. È una pre-autorizzazione, non un addebito: alla restituzione viene sbloccata, sottraendo il costo effettivo del noleggio.
Acquisti un monte ore scontato: a ogni noleggio scaliamo le ore dal saldo residuo invece di addebitare la carta, fino a esaurimento del pacchetto.
Vengono addebitati €1 aggiuntivi per ogni ora oltre il tempo pagato, entro il massimale giornaliero di €40.00. Se non viene restituito entro 72 ore, si applica una penale di €50.
In qualsiasi stazione carica&vai in Italia. La restituzione fuori dal territorio nazionale non è possibile.
No. Basta scansionare il codice QR sulla stazione e pagare con carta.
Il pagamento avviene con carta bancaria. I dati della carta non vengono memorizzati sul sito; viene utilizzato 3-D Secure.
